About 3 Capital Ventures (3CV)

3CV is open to businesses not founded by Allan Gray Fellows, and focuses on ventures with:

  • Proven traction in the market;
  • Scalable, technology-driven business models;
  • Businesses at Seed and pre-Series A;
  • Strong commercial fundamentals and return potential.

3CV offers a range of equity funding instruments, tailored to suit the capital structure and strategic objectives of each business. 3CV backs founders who are execution-focused, data-driven, and building businesses with long-term value creation in mind.

Application Process

Funding applications are subject to a structured screening and due diligence process conducted by the 3CV or E Squared investment team. This includes the preparation of a detailed Investment Memorandum (IM) for submission to the Investment Committee (IC).
