We were thrilled to share in the joy of the launch event of the Amazi Collective in Woodstock (Shop 8, 41 Sir Lowry Road) and got to experience the community they are passionate about building. Board member, Pride Maunatlala spoke at the event about the role of conscious consumerism and Founder, Divya Vasant shared more about the Collective and the work of the Amazi SHEtribe.
As restrictions ease, we can actually begin to contemplate the prospect of running a business free from coronavirus restrictions. One way that we can begin to rebuild and support each other is through supporting local enterpise. As conscious consumers, we could unlock a more sustainable future.
At the Amazi Collective launch held by Amazi SHEtribe (“A social impact brand by women for women”) in February 2022, we joined in to celebrate the female founder and this new space that serves to create a true community of support and upliftment amongst women of colour. If you find yourself near Woodstock then pop in at Shop 8, 41 Sir Lowry Road, and support them. There are some unique and interesting products that make great gifts for your loved ones.
