Women in tech: reason to celebrate

3 winners of AlphaCode Women in Tech are AG Fellows and 2 are E Squared Investees

AlphaCode hosted a pitch dinner for women in tech in July which showcased the outstanding talent within the startup ecosystem led by formidable women.

We were thrilled that two of the companies selected are in our Pathways programme (an E Squared business incubation and acceleration programme open to eligible Allan Gray Fellows (meet certain selection criteria for access to funding and non-financial support) operating early-stage ventures that have the intention to scale and be high impact). It was very exciting to learn that all three were Allan Gray Fellow Founders and great to see women in tech being recognised for their hard work and determination!

Congratulations to Khanya Papu from Lighthouse Education, and E Squared Pathways investees Sanelisiwe Njobe from OURSpace and Thato Schermer from Zoie Health!

The dinner was an opportunity to witness, network, and showcase only a sliver of the future leaders in the space.
